Android app - Stop refreshing watchlist

I love to periodically clean my watchlist because it gets too big. So i go through it and reduce it from 500 titles to 300 for example. Currently that is exhausting on mobile app, since every time i remove a title from from watchlist, the page refreshes and Im back on top of watchlist. I would preffer to remove multiple titles before refreshing, or at least that after refreah page come back to the same spot on the list.
