@tony_williams_biqet0map12s9 Thanks for the screenshots. Can you confirm (a) have you deleted and re-installed the app per the troubleshooting guide (b) is this every title or just one in particular, if the latter, which title

I uninstalled and reinstalled prior and it still occurred. Happens for every title. I'll uninstall and reinstall again now to see if that helps
