Allow Rating for User submitted list

Allow user to rate submitted listing by other users. I've taken the habit of going through user submitted movie/TV listing to find interesting movies. Sometimes the listing is helpful but there is no way for me to 'like' or rate the listing, or maybe there is but it's not obvious for me. I think a feature like this would make some listing more visible to users to help with movie suggestions.
