Why Can't i Edit the Movies in my List's ??

For some reason i cannot edit the movies in any of my lists I've created ?!? For example: in one of my lists of movies that i want to watch i would add a SEEN under the movie if i had watched it and in color also "green", but i cannot add anything now for some reason? I click edit and now it's just says: "add a note" and when i do and press done there is still nothing there!? :( and i had nearly 100,000 views on my list and it's changed to 19,000?? Could someone please let me know whats going on? Thank you in advance.
