what was that movie title

Hi. what was the title of a movie probably released between 1980s - 2003 that shows a group of men and one woman who targets some men through the woman in their group which sets up a romantic date with targeted man and then the other men (or just one man) in the group enters and takes photos of them and blackmail the victim to pay money to avoid scandal. one day they target a certain man and also blackmail him so he later start killing them one after another in separate accidents until one of them survive and seek the help of police to catch him. I remember a scene in the movie where the police find one of the blackmail group men dead body being cut into pieces (head and limbs separated) and the only surviving man of the blackmail group comes with police and recognizes his friend and gets drowsy or unconscious when he see the dead body
