What music video from the 90s?

I remember a great song from the 90s. I don't remember the title or the artist, but I remember the music video. A groovy and happy guy walks through a city and is so consumed by his own coolness that he dosen't notice when he turn people over or walks right over picknick blankets and cakes. It might have been Fresh Prince (Will Smith) but I haven't found the song in his catalog. Please, help?

What style was the song? Rap, pop, dancefloor, electronic, Rave, Techno. And more important: early, mid or end of 90s?

I am guessing mid-90s. A long time I thought it was ”Summertime” with Fresh Prince but it isn’t. The style is the same, though. Pop / RnB...

1993, baby. Robin S - Show Me Love Actually, after listening (mix music) to this for the first time in years, the beat is surprisingly techno. I never really thought of nineties pop as being "EDM"... but it was.

Great song, but not even close. This video takes place in front of a stage, with a camera zooming in and out through out the song. No, I am looking for something more smooth, more RnB-ish. And with a video that takes place outside, a summer day, with a guy walking over peoples picnic blankets.
