What movie? It's probably called "The House" and it's so bad it's good

Hi! I remember watching an amateurish movie a few years ago. It probably was called "The House" or something very similar. I know there are many movies  with that title, or close to that.

Description of the movie:
Two or three dudes enter their friend's house. They start to drink booze and just goof around. A bit melancholic, a bit comedic. Think of acting in "The Room" but probably worse. Something weird is going on inside and giant ant type monsters emerge from the cellar and start killing these dudes. It's really disjointed and worse than bad. Budget lower than low.

The movie has all kinds of problems and the viewer is just mouth wide all the time thinking "how can this be THIS bad, nothing makes sense."

The movie ends with a line "YOU HAVE JUST EXPERIENCED.. THE HOUSE"

It's such a small budget crapfest that I just can't seem to find it anymore. I was pretty wasted when watching it for the first time. Would love to experience it again and perhaps add it to my movie library.
