What is this horror movie?

So basically I only remember one scene. This green snake eyed guy is looking for his victim in a school or maybe gym, moving very fast, not walking but almost hovering and the victim hides in a locker. Camera showing what the victim sees from inside the locker and suddenly its green creepy eyes appear in the lockers ventilation slats. If I remember correctly, the guy leaves but then attacks the victim from its back, the other side of the locker. Its been bugging me for awhile, no luck! I hope someone knows this movie. I would like to watch it again.
