What is the name of this movie?

This has been driving me crazy for a long time. A guy has car trouble and is picked up on the highway by a woman. She ends up forcing him to sleep with her (don't want to use the "R" word), but when it goes to court she claims she is the victim and wins the case. I believe it is from the mid to late 70s, and may have been a made-for-tv movie.
