In order to legally screen a film in public, one must contact the distribution company, copyright holder, or studio and typically purchase one-time or short-term rights to screen. Looking at https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1489877/, it appears that Uniglobe Entertainment was the production company so they may be a good place to start. They are on the web at https://www.uniglobeentertainment.com/ and here you can use the contact form to inquire about public screening use.
As far as five, you would do the same thing and look up the title here in IMDB and then look for the production company and do a simple google search.
