Video/movie title needed

I ran across a video/movie when searching for female spies. The one I'm interested in finding again started with a strip club scene at or near the start. That scene didn't interest me so I only scanned the video. Near or at the end was a scene where a fully nude woman was escorted to the ladies room. Once inside she jumped up on the toilet, pushed up through the ceiling, crawled inside an air duct, dropped down inside some  kind of computer room, inserted a thumb drive to make a copy, and then retreated the same way back to the lady's room.

I have not been able to find that video/movie again no matter what combination of spy, intrigue, undercover, etc. I use. Anyone on this list know of such a video/movie?
