Trying to find a show

Can’t remember what streaming platform it was on but I remember what it was about. It was basically about two teens, a rich boy and his middle class gf, the kid killed someone drinking and driving but blames someone else for it. The boy is also secretly gay. I also remember the rich dad talks the poor dad into investing some money into his company but then backs out last minute.
