Trying to find a movie I have few details about

Hi, Ok I am looking for what I think is a movie but could be a TV series. Its about 15 years old maybe Australian or British. There was a black man who was a taxi driver and after his shift he goes to a pub or a club where he speaks about Love and Human Relationships. Also a couple who are divorced but still living together attend the same club At the end the taxi driver and a girl from the pub/club get married. That is all I can remember Cheers
