Title of movie (John Travolta as pilot)

Hi, for a long time now I am searching for a movie starring Nicolas Cage (my guess, not sure).

It takes place in USA. It deals with this main character receiving tomorrow's news paper on the present day.

He is accompanied by a woman (I even he has a team, helping him).
With the information from the paper, the team can prevent awful things from happening, and they mostly succeed.

One day he has 2 terrible cases. First one is a plane going to crash. Second one is a sweet little girl being sick in a hospital and going to die.

She needs her father (maybe for blood transfer,....??)

At the end is revealed, the pilot of the plane is the little girl's father. So all ends well. The plane will not fly, and so not crash.

And the father is on time with his daughter.

This pilot is played by John Travolta (because he is an actor with a plane license, I think that is why they casted him for this role, no sure).

Who can help me? I will be forever grateful.

NVE: While this is a TV episode rather than a movie and the cast doesn't match, I think you may be looking for "Early Edition" (1996) {The Choice (#1.2)} at https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0568473/ .

"Early Edition" was a TV series about a man who gets the following day's newspaper and uses it to try to prevent bad things from happening. As indicated in the long plot description at https://www.paleycenter.org/collection/item/?q=cbs&p=169&item=B:52241 , the episode "The Choice" seems to match the plot you have described. On the other hand, neither Nicolas Cage or John Travolta had any involvement with it.

I hope this helps.
