Thriller about how a group of young people terrorize a man

Good afternoon! This film was made around the late 1990s. In the story, one middle-aged man was terrorized by several young men. As far as I remember, they were students or high school students. Their leader was named Jeffrey and the man was named Tom. I'm not one hundred percent sure of the names, but these are the names that come to mind. Maybe Tom was a teacher and these guys were his students. They called him with threats, blackmailed him. They threatened to kill his loved ones. At the end of the film, the action takes place in some store. Tom and Jeffrey are standing opposite each other. Jeffrey looked at Tom angrily and shouted to him: “Tom! Last round!”.  Jeffrey ran at Tom, but he took a step to the side, and Jeffrey flew into the window. Jeffrey was badly injured and lay with a bloody face, covered in shards of glass.
