The name of the movie?

A middle age guy in a beige suit spyies some people doing transactions in another building, high from an emtpty apartment with an armchair. In one scene near the end, when his friend a good looking lady wear her sunglasses, he shoot a guy inside from his suit behind him who wanted to kill him. If I remember correctly he uses the reflection of the sunglasses to aim.
