Teacher becomes superhero by eating chalk

I recently saw a Blu-Ray for sale at Dollar Tree that I would have bought if I had a Blu-Ray player (I just have DVD and VHS).  I think the title may have been as simple as My Teacher Is a Superhero or Super Teacher or something so obvious that I didn't think I would forget it.  Maybe I should have bought it anyway because I can't find any evidence of its existence online. As stated in the subject line, the teacher, a young woman, gets superpowers from eating chalk.  I burst out laughing in the store when I read that in the description. I think I may have taken a picture of it, but I was without a phone for a couple of months when it got damaged and some of the newest photos weren't backed up.

Dollar Tree has had a lot of obscure, recent films on DVD over the past year or so.  Had this been available on DVD, there is no question I would have bought it.

My Google searches have all taken me to IMDb or Wikipedia and shown me a documentary about teachers called Chalk and an anime called Super Teacher.  A lot of the films I've been seeing and often buying at Dollar Tree are European, often German, films that can be watched only dubbed. One I bought and have already watched, The Malevolent Queen, has probably the most insulting dub track I ever heard.  I found the German trailer for it on YouTube, and it was not a reflection of some peculiarity in the film (which does open with bearded adults acting like children and being read a bedtime story).  I also got a lot of hits about people in real life eating chalk or clay, but nothing about a movie where eating chalk turns someone into a superhero.

The teacher film is live action. The cast shown on the box were all white, so that closes Japan as a likely source but leaves European wide open.
