Searching for a movie the name of can't remember

Hello everyone,

So I saw this movie once or maybe twice a long time ago, like around 20 years ago. So i guess it was produced at early 00s but may be older. I don't remember actors, name, character names, anything specific, but i do remember a couple of scenes/details. Been trying to search it for years... time to time but obviously with no success. So, please help me. I'll post what i remember and hope someywill recognise it.

So here we go! It's a comedy/romcom, If I'm not wrong story takes place in victorian era England. Movie starts from a scene (or maybe its not the opening one but somewhere in the beginning for sure) where a young lady from rich family (like they have big old house, lot of lands around it with forest, lake or river and other stuff, servants, like some lord or count family) with her mother/aunt/older sister walking through their land on that lake shore and just talking, at the same time somewhere in the nearest forest a guy with an axe working hard as hell. Young lady accidentally falls into water and starts screaming for help. Guy in the forest finishes his hard work and starts to undress, camera shows us the result of his work - it's a sculpture of hot naked girl. Then he hears a scream of that drowning lady and starts to run that way to help, undressing while running. So he reaches the lake completely naked. Young lady sees that he is naked and starts screaming NO and try to swim away of him.

They took this guy with them to give him a job at their place as some servant. He and lady fell in love with each other but kept hiding their romance.

One more detail i remember - there was a butler, he always did some nasty stuff to the family like peeing in the soup in cooking pan. And they knew it, but had no other way cause there is no other food. So they was eating it and be like " butler peed in soup again" and continue to eat.

I'm afraid this is all i can remember.
