@Seanval I don’t remember that. I remember it was quite a love story, but if I remember correctly, they traded contact information but for some reason after the accident they were not able to get in touch. This was way before cell phones.

@calberson59 Are you thinking of An Affair to Remember (1957) which is itself a remake of Love Affair (1939) and then it was more recently remade as Love Affair (1994)?
