Please help me find this movie title!

I saw a clip of a movie that starts off with a junior high boy walking down the isle in class and is tripped by a blonde haired bully. A kid with dark hair picks up for the kid who was tripped up and points to the kid that did it. Later the bully is outside with his buddies and are pushing around the poor kid again because he ratted the bully out. The dark haired kid comes from no where and beats up the bullies. Later the bullies older brother confronts the two and the dark haired kid hits him with his bike and pulls out his nose ring and then the older brother jumps in his car and tries to run the two down on their bikes in the street. At one point they ride their bikes through a restaurant and one of the bullies brothers friends chases them on foot. Help me find the Title of this movie!
