Ooooh God help me to find this movie :)

Its movie where in one scene guy talks to girl ( maybe students,colleague..)about how he needs to have this girl everyone knows around him.Girl he talks to is jealous because they are in secret relationship and they are hiding because of him, he needs to split between personal and proffesional life so they are arguing in maybe bar, cafe, restaurant not sure.After that, he encounter his secret girl in some club,cafe etc not sure, where she sits with other guy and lets that guy kiss her and start touching her.when they talk again, he tells her : you are all amenable/compliant to him ( This is translate,I remember the whole sentence only on my language)

I think it might be movie about students, university , colleague maybe its series but less likely. Please help me find this as soon as possible i might send you some money if possible !!
