Older family friendly movie

I desperately need help finding this film. I remember my mom used to put it on for me. The only details I can remember is that there were these 2 kids who went to someone’s trailer to see an overweight person who I think was apart of some attraction for being so large. At the end of the film, I remember that the kids released ladybugs and it spelled out the name of their dead relative in the sky. Sadly, that’s all I remember.
