Need help with finding the names of two movies

Need help finding two movies that I can't recall their names.

"Spoilers"

1. Two to four years old.

Girl lives with her parents, but starts to doubt that they are her parents after a delivery boy in the beginning of the movie says something to her about looking different. She is kept in the house, and I believe she is drugged at night to make her sleep and be more docile. As the movie progresses, she manages to run-a-way and on the property finds a building to hide in. Inside the building she finds clothes and a room with a medical type of bed (I think). This is where her and other girls were brainwashed, I believe. She is found and brought back to the house. She realizes that she is not the first girl the people have kidnapped to make their daughter. At the end of the movie there is a fight, and the fake mother is killed by the girl (maybe in or around a pool or hot tub). The fake father pleads with her to stay with him as his daughter as he does love her as a daughter. Since she has nowhere to go, she does stay with him and at the very end she is giving a speech in front of a crowd and he is in the audience.

2. Also about two to four years old.

Non-US film. Maybe British, Irish or Scottish.

While workers are clearing some land, the disturb a stone pile or stone monument and in doing so they release a vampire type creature. The movie end with the people who are left placing the creature back in the ground and putting stones back on top of him to keep him down and buaried.
