Need help to find the movie name

​So theres this boy trying to get a fake license for his dad since his dads license is suspended (after an accident if i remember).. he goes on a train to meet a guy to get the fake license and gets tricked by a thief in train who takes all his cash

Boy tracks the man after train stops and then he steal a sandwich or something from a bakery and gets beaten by a same age girl then meets friends of the girl and together they are trying to catch the thief and if i remember correctly the man is a Jewellery thief or something like that.. thanks​
