Need help finding this movie

The movie might be from 1990 to 2005 or somewhere around there.

It's about a small group of people going on a vacation or something and if i remember right the opening scene is the group riding on a jeep heading to the harbor. So before aboard the boat the main character and a guy come across a room where people are doing a ritual all covered in blood and stuff and the main character try to take a selfie and got scared away and then upon looking at the photo he took there was nobody in the photo but him so he was really confused. The group then aboard the sport fishing boat and was catching a marlin or some sort of swordfish and having a good time but then fishing line broke or something and the boat engine stop working and there was fog and a cruise ship appeared i don't remember exactly what it was like i think it was an old cruise ship looking like the titanic. and then they board the ship and they starting to have a flash back memory like it's their past life memory. There's a scene where the main guy was in the dinning area and and he started to see a flash back about a women all dressing nice and was rushing down the stairs. That's all i remember it's been so long
