Name of movie

I'm trying to identify a movie I watched years ago (probably before 2015). I think it was a Spanish, Mexican, or other European film, and I watched it with subtitles.
The plot is about a clean-shaven white businessman who is falsely accused of financial fraud. He is on the run from the police and is shot. He ends up at a hospital where a brunette nurse with slightly curly hair helps him and later hides him in her small rooftop/penthouse apartment with a large terrace overlooking a modern city full of skyscrapers.
The nurse is very free-spirited and sexually open. The man keeps worrying about his wife, but the nurse tells him to stop living in the past and enjoy life. They begin a sexual relationship. Later, one of the nurse's former lovers comes to town, and she casually invites the fugitive to join them in a threesome.
Toward the end, the man escapes the country by crossing the border, possibly into Mexico or another neighboring country.
I don't remember whether the movie was in Spanish or English, but I watched it with subtitles. Does anyone recognize this film?
