Name of movie taken place in a South Pacific island or Southeast Asia and a killer whale (Not Orca movie) swims under an on-water bungalow?

I remember as a kid briefly channel hopping in the 80s and seeing what appeared to be a pacific islander woman or southeast asian in a bungalow or hut on water, and somehow afterwards a killer whale is seen swimming by her leg (not the Orca movie). It's like that bungalow had an opening to dive in the water and the woman had one leg in the water or nearby that opening inside the bungalow or hut.  Does anyone remember this movie?
