Name of erotic movie probably released in the late 60s or 70s? (Couple on a ferris wheel scene)

I saw bits of an erotic movie probably released in the late 60s or 70s where a couple meets at a fair and they start to have sex on a ferris wheel when the cart stops and stays at the top. The woman was blonde, the guy looked older than her, he was probably in his late 40s or 50s.  There was another scene (probably before the ferris wheel scene) where they're in an office and the guy takes off her blouse and bra and works on her breasts where she moans intensely. 

I think it was dubbed in English so I'm not sure which country it's from. 

The couple kept seeing each other and were living together, but all of a sudden a group of thugs break in, have the guy watch while they rape her. As they did this, she started to enjoy it and the thugs were surprised saying "look she likes it", and her partner appeared to be appalled. I think the woman was narrating the event but before the thugs left, they told the woman's partner, "thanks a lot mister, next time we'll do it for free!", which enfuriated the woman.  The older guy who was her supposed partner, looked like Joseph Bologna, lol, but it wasn't him. 

That's all I can remember of the movie.
