Name of Eastern European Movie (late 90s or early 2000s) where one kidnapper kisses a woman and then commits suicide?

I think that kidnapper was also a mercenary or a militant because he had a military uniform and was somewhat chubby. I don't know if the woman he kissed was a kidnapped woman or his girlfriend (of the sorts) before saying something like "ok, now on with it" or "fuck it", then shoots himself with a gun (in the head or puts it in his mouth). I think there was also someone filming it but I could be wrong.   It's not "Savior" with Dennis Quaid. Does anyone know the name of this movie? Thanks very much.
