Name of bollywood movie

I remeber a scene where the girlfriend of hero(Emraan Hashmi) sends him to get off the train and buy a of CD for him. And when hero returns he is too late and misses the train.

Also the starting of movie shows a girl in short white dress who is running from a club/bar to save herself from goons who chase her down the road. Then suddenly a white car stops in front of her. A guy in white suit gets out and starts kissing her and suddenly shoots her in the stomach.
