Name of a Rom-Com

Trying to find the name of a film for my Father. It was a romantic comedy about two people who never actually meet. The film follows their lives, as they go to the same places, eat in the same restaurants, but always at different times. It ends with them, still strangers, on a plane, and when it lands there's a shot of their coming out of baggage claims, amd his falls on tops of hers. It may have been French, but he's not sure.
