Movie

Hi, im looking for this movie that i have seen on the tv a long time ago but i don't even know the name of it. I think it was a documentary and i know that it was based on true story, there were actors who were in the movie and thatn from time to time the real characters were talking about what happened. Basically there was this woman who had darker skin, she had some kind of disability, i think it might have been down sindrom or autism, she wasn't really smart because she had some trouble with her brain too and she was an orphan.she lived in an Institute and was constantly taken into a room with doctors and they were writing down her symptoms and progress.they were always asking her to name 3 really simple things like cities oru countries and to even count to 3 but she wasn't able to finish. Parallel there was a boy/man with the same problems and also in am Institute being asked similar questions and he was abused by those doctors, every time he was asked to answer the questions he would pee himself. I remember that the woman also had a sister, they never knew each other, they just met a few times and the sister died. At the  end that woman and that man get married and she gets pregnant with a baby that is normal so the social workers try to take the child away but they couldn't because the couple did a wonderful job with rasing the boy who I'm the end finished Collage. At the end i remover that the boy was going to, o think, a job interview or even to his graduation and the father asked him to answer him a question, then he asked him to name him 3 things, just like the doctors were asking his father at that institute, and the father was so happy because his son answered the questions right. I'm sorry if I explained it a bit stupid, English is not my first language and i have seen this movie a very long time ago. I would appreciate if someone could help me find it.
