Movie where man stalks blonde women that look like his mother

A boy finds out he can brings things back to life when he gives a dead bunny cpr. I’m pretty sure it was a bunny. I don’t know why but he has an obsession with his mom and ends up targeting women that look like her later in life. A few years later when he is an adult a blonde women and her husband move into his neighborhood. The women looks like his mother so he becomes obsessed. The women and her husband are trying to have kids but aren’t successful so they get tested. The women notices weird things happing so she installs cameras in her room that look like smoke detectors. She later finds out she’s pregnant but when she tells her husband he tells her he is infertile. He assumes she’s cheating and leaves. Suspicious of what happening the women checks the tapes and finds out the man has been sneaking into her and r***ing her, he also performs a lot of weird stuff like he kills her and brings her back to life and she sees this all on camera.

I don’t remember how the movie ends but I know the lead actress kind of looks like carries underwood and I watched in on Netflix in 2015-2017. I’ve been looking for this movie for a while so I appreciate the help
