movie title

please help me to find this movie. it is a sci-fi / fantasy movie, swords and guns and armored cars at the same time, so pretty alternative. The place is reassembling the Siberia, the rulers of kingdoms are dressed like Russian tzars more or less. There are 2 confronting kingdoms and armies. Something about outpost destroyed and a group of soldiers need to reach the castle, but there is a nomansland inbetween which is covered in black mist and monsters attacking those who pass, like the World is divided into two and pretty much you have to pass the darkness to come to the other side. 
Costumes are great in this movie, acting not so much, but I really want to see it again. Please help.
