Movie Title: Woman wants to have a baby has one with her professor who leaves his wife and then goes back to his wife

I am trying to remember the title of movie that is about a younger woman who is in love with a teacher/ professor and wants to have a baby.  He doesn't want to leave his family.  She thinks about getting pregnant by the neighbor, she does end up pregnant, tells the professor it is his, the professor leaves his family, after the woman is with the professor for a while she realizes she doesn't want to be with him so plots to get him back together with his wife.  He goes to a conference/ retreat with his wife and while they are on hike in the snow they realize they still like each other.  They get back together.  At the you see the baby/ now a little girl ice skating you realize the neighbor who played hockey is her dad.  At one point the woman says all of this had to happen so that the child could be born.
