Movie re: clone, child, cryostasis

I saw a film (sci-fi) once in which a male child had some terminal illness, died, and was put into cryostasis. The child was cloned and put back with the parents. Later, a cure was found for the original child who was then revived. I cannot remember the name of this movie. I thought it might be Godsend, but I watched that recently and found that is not it. I have otherwise searched with the above terms, but nothing comes up. Anyone know this movie? Thanks.
