Movie name!

When i was younger i used to watch this movie a lot. It isn't a well known movie though. 
It was about a girl who lost her phone in some sort of a greenhouse. This location was later used to film a music video for this famous man. When the girl realised she lost her phone, they try to call and the famous man picks up. He later brings her phone to her house on his skateboard. At first the girl doesn't like this man (her sister does! Her room was full of posters) but eventually they start secretly dating. It was a romcom. It was definitly made in the 2000s. the phones were old and it may have been a flipphone.
I have been looking for this movie for YEARS! Please does anyone know this?
