Movie about abducted women

• a serial abductor who kept his victims in an abandoned building in the middle of the woods
• the victims are kept in cages or cells with bathtubs
• one of the women escaped and was later chased by the abductor
• someone's face was cut off with a knife/scalpel
• the escaped woman reading articles about her own disappearance in a library (she was presumed dead at that point)

Unfortunately, that's all I know, but maybe it rings a bell!
