lost hope in identifying a movie and willing to pay the guy who finds it for me

Hello, the movie was featured a long time ago, between 2005 and 2010. It was about a blonde femme fatale with very sexy feet using them to seduce men. In one scene, she shoots a man with her gun ( i think they were on a boat ) and puts her feet on his bloody chest. In another scene at the beginning of the movie, she is in a cab sitting in the back seat and again use her high heels and put them infront of the face of a man sitting next to her. Pleaseeee help.
