Looking to find this TV episode or a Movie

I remember some scenes of this movie or tv episode. We see a man travelling with his wife in his car. They meet an accident. The man is saved but before he could save his wife car is blown.Next we see this man recovering. The man tries listening to some music in a walkman. As soon as he puts it on, he goes back to same time where he his travelling with his wife in his car. Same accident happens and again he is unable to save his wife. We see him again recovering. Soon enough he identifies that the walkman he is listening to is working as time travel. After this we see him going back in time multiple times to save his wife. He is unsuccessful every time and at the end he dies saving his wife from the car accident.
