Looking for the name of a particular Christmas move

I am looking for a particular Christmas movie. I think it was on Hallmark or Lifetime about six or seven years ago. It is about a female reporter traveling the country investigating Christmas wishes coming true. One of the wishes was a kid wanted to see the aurora borealis for Christmas. The problem was he lived where you can not see the aurora borealis. Yet Christmas Eve, the aurora borealis was visible. Another wish, a child wanted to see reindeer. The child lived where there are no reindeer yet she woke up Christmas morning to reindeer in her yard. After the reindeer left, their tracks were followed, only to disappear in the snow. Another wish was a child in the Southwest USA where it does not snow wanted snow for Christmas. When he woke up Christmas morning, his yard was the only yard in town to have snow on it. Another wish (miracle) came when a female soldier was snowed in at an airport. A man said he had a private plane and offered her a ride. She said she went to sleep shortly after getting on it so she could not describe it. Passengers on a plane flying into the airport she landed at took pictures of a strange object in the sky that seemingly showed a sleigh. Another instance was police arrested a man with white hair and a white beard for a minor misdemeanor charge. He somehow disappeared from the station but not before he put together a 3D puzzle of the station, right down to the air conditioner units. They heard a noise on roof and when they went to investigate, they found bags of toys. They needed them for needy children.
