Looking for information: "The Bow and Arrow" (2001)

There is a film I saw streamed online around 2001 titled "The Bow and Arrow." At the time, movies were not necessarily eligible for listing on IMDb just by being streamed online, so it doesn't have an IMDb entry. Here are some of the main things I know about it:

• The directors were Trevor Oswalt and Scott Draper
• It took place in Cambridge, Massachusetts
• It included several references to the movie Good Will Hunting
• It was feature length (over 40 minutes), but not necessarily much longer than that

Does anyone have additional information about whether this film was ever available anywhere else than AtomFilms, or any other information about the film?
