Looking for film ghost town western that had trains with saw blades

I remember seeing part of this film back in late 1995. My mom I think had rented it.

It took place in what looked like a western the era being early 1900s. But it was crazy. These tough or bad guys had these trains running along the railroad tracks that would presumably get people.

I just remember this one scene where this kid tried pushing the train the other way, but unfortunately he wasn’t strong enough. The train started overpowering him, the kid fell down on the track and the saw blade on the train was nearing him…..but it then stopped. The camera panned up to this big tough black guy who had managed to stop the train from advancing. He looked all heroic and all as mist was coming off of him.

This might not be it at all, but I'll mention it just to rule it out if anything:  Is there a possibly this is a episode of "Adventures of Brisco County Jr." ?  The date lines up, you description of a "Crazy Western" kind of sounds like this show, and there were VHS releases of some of the episodes, making sense that you could have rented it out at the time.

Also, even though the dates off and there's no scene like you described exactly, "Wild Wild West" sounds like your general description and it has killer trains/tanks that have saw blades and ride on the railroads.

I don’t think it’s Briscoe County because my mom never watched the show. It could be Wild Wild West though but not sure.

I just remember seeing it and know that this is a film or show my mom rented or had wanted to see.

it seemed very wild to me though and was actually surprised at the time my mom chose this.

I kind of wasn’t really watching it but just remember the scenes of hearing the saws. One scene might have been in a factory and saws were cutting through wood, but I heard like panic mayhem music as a fight was going on.

like mentioned in my op, I just only remember seeing the one scene where this one kid or teenager was trying to push this train on a railroad track (it looked like a small but very heavy train) but it overpowered him. Underneath the train was a deadly saw blade just waiting to cut him. As the kid or teenager fell on the track, the train with the saw blade came towards him…..but it never reached him. This big black guy (who was the super hero of the movie) had suddenly appeared and managed to stop the train and saved the kid.

Now that I remember a little more closely, the kid sort of looked like the main character from SIDECKICKS….and for some reason I think the kid even had fantasies and day dreams like the main character did in SIDE KICKS.

I’ll have to check if Wild Wild West though had any episodes with killer trains. I know I had asked many years before about another film or show that actually was The Wild Wild West … and that was right around the same time (see pictures if interested seen just before Easter 1996). The one in this post with the trains with saw blades was seen in fall of 1995 (like October-December)
