looking for a name of the movie about murders on a secluded island

Good afternoon! I desperately try to remember the name of the movie (maybe a mini-series, but most likely a movie). Quite modern, most likely after 2010 or even in the 2020s. A group of young people (like classmates or close acquaintances) are invited to an island by letters (I think those were paper letters but not sure). The boat that takes them to the island can only return in a few days / a week. The young people settle on the island in an old estate, where, according to rumors, a crime was once committed. In total, 6-7 people came (not 10 for sure). And all those who came are killed one by one. One of the girls is killed with the poisoned lipstick. The young man - with poisoned coffee. A small abandoned barn is found on the island (the guys hoped to find the killer in it). In the estate itself, there is a hidden room, which two remaining guys find at the end, but this does not help them. They are locked in the house and the killer burns down the house. The police arrive and find only corpses, believing that everyone was burned and there were no murders. I would be very grateful for a solution!!
