Looking For A Movie

I remember seeing a movie a while back that had a guy sleeping with his brothers gf. The brother wasn’t passionate and couldn’t preform in bed and the “guy” I guess did. The brother didn’t like when the gf smoked cigerattes and she would sneak cigarettes with the “guy.” The final thing i remember was that at the end she was on a train leaving town I guess and Don’t Stop Believing by Journey played. I don’t remember if it was even good or not but it’s just killing me that I can’t figure out.
