Looking for a movie

Movie, filmed in the last 10 years. A man finds a job at construction, hiding from his past life. He is always working, breaking a wall etc.  Then his coworkers rob a mob (some people in basement playing poker) and they return to construction site where he kills them in order to save a life of one coworker.
