Looking for 3 children's anime

Now, the first one that I'm really curious about was this fairy tail for small children. The theme song featured shrill-voiced women repeating the lyric, "He's just a busy little fella." The object of this song was a prepubescent farm delinquent who performed such antics as tying the tails of a cat and dog and watching them rumble. After getting a few whacks from his mother (or governess, I remember her being kinda old to have a son that young) he gripes for a while, and next day reenacts "the boy who cried wolf" and then, trying to escape the hideous real wolf that shows up, falls into a portal where he meets a fairy maiden and wild-take prone mouse widow. They break into the home of some talking cats and steal their food, and somehow get the cats to think they were stealing it from one another.

The second one was about these stray dogs adopting a formerly domesticated puppy. It was some odd conglomeration of Disney's "The Fox and the Hound," "Oliver and Company," and "Lady and the Tramp," because there was also this nasty old farmer and his nasty old dog who hated the puppy (perhaps it was a kitten but I don't really remember). I recall a fight scene between the farmer's dog and the stray pack's alpha over the puppy's safety. At some point, the farmer dies or gets arrested, or hospitalized. His grouchy dog is left stranded. A large portion of the movie takes place in winter.

The third one was about squid farming. It was set at this coastal sushi bar, and there was this kid diving for wild squid. There was some business about bigger competitors coming over to buy out the sushi bar (which made them the bad guys of course). I recall less about this one than the aforementioned two. All three of these I recall seeing in the mid-90's.

Can anyone help me figure out what anime these might have been?
