Jack O’Halloran page-is China Spy concept a virus?

That trailer doesn’t seem right. Anyone know what that is? Do you see it? It’s about a sexy cyborg Chinese spy and digressively in the middle there’s a frame or two jump cut with Non from S2. Sort of ominous to me. The cast is odd and suspect, too.
