I’m trying to find the name of a horror movie I saw on Netflix years back

The movie starts out with a couple celebrating an occasion to which the male is a celebrity of some sort. The wife sends him out to buy wine at a corner store to where he gets abducted in a van and held captive in a basement. The kidnapper is crazy and plays different roles every time he comes down. Dressing up as different people some male others female.  To the end of the film the kidnapper lights a torch and decapitates the man. Turns out this was a set up by the wife to get revenge on her husband for cheating on her with her best friend.
