I'm looking for a movie

​I was able to see the poster of the movie for a short time. In the poster, a black man appeared to be leaning against the teacher's desk. He was holding a book and smiling.​

​There was a light and something like a butterfly on the classroom board in the back. I don't know the actor and I can't find him. Denzel Washington, Sydney Poiter definitely not.​
